具備國際市政環(huán)境工程咨詢項目如世行和亞行貸款項目背景,具體如下:

1. 碩士以上學歷，具備5年以上工作經(jīng)驗；
2. 具備項目管理和施工管理的工作經(jīng)驗；
3. 可獨立領導項目團隊的工作；具備良好的職業(yè)道德和責任心;

駐地工程師

(全職)

資質要求：

• 應聘者應熟悉世行和亞行以及國內有關環(huán)境監(jiān)測和環(huán)境管理方面的政策和要求,包括但不限于：環(huán)境盡職調查、土壤和地下水調查和修復，環(huán)境影響評價，環(huán)境風險管理；
• 良好的中英文溝通能力；
• 中英文環(huán)境報告的編寫。

路橋工程師

（全職）

應聘者應至少具備土建工程專業(yè)資質，碩士資質，以及曾接受路橋安全及或路橋安全審計培訓者尤佳。應聘者如對世行和亞行及其他多邊貸款的路橋基礎設施項目有廣泛的項目經(jīng)驗將優(yōu)先錄用。

應聘者在路橋項目（包括BRT項目）的規(guī)劃、設計和實施上應至少有3年的工作經(jīng)驗。應聘者應熟悉FIDIC條款。

市場開發(fā)部經(jīng)理

負責公司的環(huán)保業(yè)務開拓工作，針對環(huán)保行業(yè)發(fā)展，提出業(yè)務開拓方面的具體實施方案；

計劃、組織和實施業(yè)務開拓的各項具體工作；

具有較強的環(huán)保行業(yè)人脈關系，定期進行市場調研，研究同行、業(yè)界發(fā)展狀況，定期提交市場情況分析，為公司決策提供依據(jù)；

建立并完善市場部團隊，規(guī)范工作流程，擬定各項制度并保證實施；

任職資格 ：

• 環(huán)保、市場營銷、機械等相關專業(yè)本科以上學歷，有BOT、TOT或環(huán)境保護工程總承包運營經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先；

Junior and Senior levels of Business Development Staff

Job Description:

Easen International Co. Ltd. (Easen) is a comprehensive environmental engineering and consulting company based in San Diego, California, USA that has strong local presence and professional track record in China. Easen has been providing high quality professional services of international standard for many of the World Bank, the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and United States Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) financed projects in China. Easen’s China Operation is now looking for several top level candidates to join its team in China to be responsible for Easen’s business development and marking activities (e.g., coordination with clients, particularly government officials, promoting Easen’s business in multiple sectors such as water, wastewater, solid waste, and environmental management, etc.). A qualified candidate should have a minimum of a bachelor degree in related areas of study, be a self- starter with a strong passion for marketing and business development and be willing to travel. A candidate who majors in environmental related area, displays a good personality and professional image, and/or has some demonstrated marketing and inter-personal skills will be preferred. We also welcome fresh college graduates and foreign candidates (such as from USA or other countries) with a strong potential for marketing and business development to apply. • 3.Experience in water storage facilities rehabilitation or new design is preferred
• 4.High proficiency in written and spoken English and strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to conduct effective client presentations and written report preparation
• 5.Design experience including information collection, contracting sub consultants for surveys, coordination with utility companies and client, development of plan and profile drawings, specifications, and highway occupancy and environmental permits

This position requires travel to potential client sites throughout China. This position will report directly to the General Manager and Deputy General Manager with direct and frequent contact with CEO for corporate initiatives. This is a mid-level management position with opportunity to advance. The Marketing Manager will work to execute and implement our corporate sales and marketing initiatives.  Must be able to write press releases and work with magazine publications.  The candidate will assist in managing website development, marketing presentations and coordination of trade show events.
